This US Divers junior snorkeling set differs slightly from our last review. While the last U.S. Divers Youth Buzz Junior Snorkeling Set, Neon Blue, Small (1-3) came with a dorado mask and splash snorkel, this set maybe a little better in ways of snorkel and mask.
This set has a regal mask and a laguna snorkel which means that it has a slightly larger area of skirt around the nose and the skirt area where the strap around the mask starts is wider, as well. There is less color in the area around the eye lenses. The snorkel on this set is more than splash guard like the other US Divers Junior snorkeling review. The Laguna snorkel in this set has a completely submersible, dry top snorkel so that water stays out above and below the surface of the water.

Mask
Smaller, slimmer fitting so that it fits smaller faces, ages 6 and up. The skirt is completely hypoallergenic silicone for comfort and a good seal. Quick release buckles on straps offer easy adjusting for even the smallest of hands.
Snorkel
Dry top, submersible and keeps water out above and below the surface for comfort and peace of mind. The pivot dry technology ensures that the top of the snorkel closes when submersed. Smaller, ergonomically shaped mouthpiece for comfort in children’s mouths. Also, the one way purge valve at the bottom of the snorkel is easy to clear.
Fins
Fins are small and easily packable and quick to put on. They provide smooth, power and flexibility in the water. Note that “ages 6 and up” means that some feet will not fit the entire foot pocket while others will extend beyond it. Either, way we found that it was comfortable fit for our small friends.
Carry Bag
The carry bags fits everything in the snorkel set, is ready and easy to travel with, and allows the young ones in the party to haul their own gear.
