This is U.S. Divers snorkeling set a that is pretty much made for the novice snorkeler that is just starting out and trying to adapt to the feel of snorkeling. There are lots of mixed reviews on Amazon that range from 5 Stars and “Worked Well. Great Value.” all the way down to 2 Stars with a “Poor Mask Quality” comment. So, truth be told, this isn’t U.S. Divers greatest effort at a snorkeling set…but it isn’t mean to be. The price is low and the quality for that price is great. However, if you plan on doing a lot of snorkeling or you more than a novice snorkeler, then this snorkeling set isn’t for you.
U.S Divers Cozumel Mask Snorkeling Set with Seabreeze Snorkels Contains:
Mask
Cozumel mask with dual lenses and 3-way adjustable buckles. There is a pin in the mask that holds the strap to the mask that has been defective and fallen out in some instances.
Snorkel
Seabreeze II Snorkel tube with only splash guard to prevent surface water from entering the snorkel. This isn’t a dry snorkel and if you submerge then water will get into the tube and you’ll have to clear the water out.
Fins
U.S. Divers continues to do the fins right even on their lesser quality products. The fins with this snorkeling set are full-length and vented for ultimate power and propulsion when you needed. They’re also large enough to stabilize yourself in the water for steady floating. They also have a full foot-pocket.
Bag
It’s a basic snorkeling set carry bag that zips up and has a shoulder strap carry option. It’s big enough to fit some sunscree, water shoes and mask defogger but not really large enough for your towel.
